What I do at Good Energy
Heading up our Revenue Assurance function means that I'm accountable for ensuring that our customers, from the smaller residential users to the largest commercial portfolios, receive accurate and timely invoices and pay them on time.
This means managing our upstream meter and settlement performance, through to billing and downstream towards collections and credit control.
I work alongside a Head of Customer Operations to manage circa 150 FTE, reporting into the COO.
