What I do at Good Energy
I have the privilege of leading our Proposition and Pricing function at Good Energy. My role is about shaping how we bring value to customers - developing propositions that inspire trust and loyalty, and setting pricing strategies that keep us competitive while staying true to our purpose.
I’m proud to work with a brilliant team of specialists who bring creativity, rigour, and insight to everything we do. Together, we make sure our offerings are not only commercially strong but also meaningful for customers and aligned with Good Energy’s mission. Collaboration is at the heart of how we work - with each other and with colleagues across the business - as we turn great ideas into real impact.
Who am I?
I’m a relative newcomer to the energy sector, having joined just a few years ago after a long career in financial services. My decision to switch industries was a deliberate, purpose-led choice - I wanted to be part of the energy transition and contribute to tackling one of the biggest challenges of our time.
Before joining Good Energy, I led proposition development at SSE’s business energy division, building on two decades of experience across banking, insurance, life planning, and finance.
I believe people thrive when they feel empowered and supported, so I take pride in helping colleagues grow their skills, build confidence, and progress in their careers. For me, success is about delivering results while creating an environment where people enjoy what they do and feel they’re making a real difference.
