What I do at Good Energy
Hi, I'm Conrad and I joined Good Energy as the Hedging and Pricing Manager in March 2025.
The Hedging and Pricing team are responsible for the hedging and cost forecasting activities for Good Energy. We maintain our non commodity cost forecasts are accurate and timely and ensure we have a robust hedging approach for our customer base. The management of these activities is key in ensuring Good Energy maintain a positive gross margin business.

Who am I?
Prior to Good Energy, I worked in various roles within the Energy Industry, my most recent positions being an electricity trader in npower where I was part of a team that managed the trading on the wholesale market for npower customer flow volume.
I also worked as a Hedging Manager for npower, and before that at EDF energy I worked in the Demand Forecasting team.

Advice for prospective candidates
