Who am I?
I lead the Metering Operations team at Good Energy, where we work collaboratively with colleagues across Industry Operations and Account Health to deliver on regulatory performance targets across a range of supply types. We also provide technical metering expertise to support other operational teams across the business.
I’ve been with Good Energy for over seven years, having started my journey in the Customer Service team within the call centre. This experience has given me a strong foundation in customer-centric thinking, which continues to shape my leadership approach today.
