What I do at Good Energy

Hello! I'm Toby and I'm our Head of Customer Service here at Good Energy. 

I lead our teams that are closest to our customers, striving to ensure that they receive an exceptional level of service whether they're a business owner, energy user in their home or a generator of renewable energy (or all three!).

Who am I?

I joined Good Energy back in 2012 and spent the first couple of years working really closely with our customers, supporting with any query that they had.

From there, I ventured in to Learning & Development, supporting new and existing member of our team to reach their potential.

In the last 3 years, my role has progressed in to leadership within our Customer Operations teams, working really closely with our leads and their teams so that we provide a great level of service, whilst fostering a culture that our Specialists are proud to be a part of.
