What I do at Good Energy
I am a Prepayment Lead who supports customers who have prepayment meters with their accounts, and I manage a team who provide day to day support. This includes the managing of government scheme credits, ensuring customers means of topping up is convenient and issuing tariff updates.
Who am I?
I achieved a First Class honours in Business Management with Economics at university where I gained some of my best grades in Strategic Management and Behavioural Economic demonstrating a fresh perspective on how markets and consumers operate. I have worked for Good Energy for over 3 years where I began as a Clean Energy Specialist, providing account support to Feed In Tariff and domestic energy supply customers. After this, I specialised in metering and became a Clean Energy and Metering Specialist which involved providing more technical support to customers.
After this, I became a Clean Energy Metering and Smart Specialist, where I provided support to customers with more complex account issues. I am now our Prepayment Lead after expanding my knowledge in the prepayment processes and providing colleague support relating to prepayment customers.
