Who am I?
I fell into L&D by total accident some 8-10 years ago and have since worked in several different roles like a Digital Learning Designer, Trainer and L&D Business Partner. I have worked in a variety of industries from Hospitality, to Manufacturing, to the Charity Sector and now the Energy Industry!
