Simon Crancher

As Service Delivery Manager within IT operations, I am responsible for making sure our IT systems meet the needs of our staff, monitoring performance, rectifying reliability issues and helping to onboard new systems.

I am a computing, multimedia and Sound Engineering graduate, with extensive experience in IT support-based roles. 
 Building upon my experience with  customer-service and technical problem-solving, I have progressed to the position I am in today.
