Our support teams ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes to help us to achieve our purpose: supporting one million homes and businesses to cut their carbon by 2025.
This includes our People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Policy & Regulation, Information Governance, Risk & Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Communications and Product & Propositions Teams.

In the last two years, we’ve done more than ever to help homes and businesses to cut their carbon. We’ve acquired a heat pump installer to help people to move away from gas, we’ve acquired a solar and battery installer; and we’ve developed innovative new tariffs.
Our support teams have been key to us growing the business successfully – from hiring, developing and retaining our talented teams, to creating exciting marketing campaigns, to working together to launch new propositions all while staying true to what makes us Good Energy.
