What does the team do?
We’re in a period of significant growth, and are expanding our team of expert heating engineers, electricians and surveyors from all parts of the UK to help more homes to get off gas and oil.
Our in-house experts survey, design, install and maintain our heat pump systems, making getting efficient, green heating the easy choice.

What's it like working in this team?
Working in teams of three, our engineers benefit from individual training, the latest tools and equipment, fantastic support from the office team and a real focus on development to help them to excel in their roles.
Our install teams have access to schematics, job notes, designs and pictures prior to the installation starting, all created individually for the upcoming job by our dedicated survey and design teams. We schedule in contingency time so that our teams are able to complete the work to a high standard without feeling rushed or working late.
