Leading and managing a team of up to 12 Clean Energy Specialists I am responsible for delivering department and team Customer Service KPIs and SLAs. A key stakeholder within metering, industry operations and recruitment. 

Who am I?

I have over 15 years of Customer Service Experience and 10 years management experience within food retail and the energy industry, I have a degree in Communication and Media and I always look out for candidates that are passionate about our purpose, keen to learn and who love a challenge.
