Design and Technical Manager: Responsible for managing a technical team, ensuring they produce accurate proposals and designs using the information provided by our in-house Survey Team. Additionally, responsible for signing off the installation schematics, so our Install Teams have an accurate plan based on the layout of the property, and the work required to complete the installation. The Technical Team also has overall responsibility for assessing, and rectifying post installation issues for our customers.

Spent some time working at a start-up company as a Design Engineer, then moved onto a consultancy company carried on working on renewable technology. Have now been in the heating industry since 2016, working under many different roles including system design, technical support, system controls, product, new build heat pump specification.
