Our Customer Operations team are the experts that our customers rely on.

There are plenty of roles in the team, from the clean energy experts that support our domestic customers by phone and email, to the account managers that provide our business customers with a friendly personalised service, to the teams that manage payments, debt management and the smart meter roll out.

What's it like working in this team?

Working in the Customer Operations team is fast paced, varied and rewarding. You’ll have lots to learn – but don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of support to help you. 

New starters benefit from a thorough induction, drop in sessions and a mentor – and even once you’ve got your feet under the table you’ll always have the help of your colleagues and our online internal wiki.

Flexibility and work-life balance are really important to us. Our Customer Operations team mostly work on a remote basis, and we aim for one team anchor collaboration day in the office per month (or quarterly if you live further away).
